Our production process in 4 steps

Share your image or dimensions; your request goes through an initial assessment the same day.
The master model is prepared and the mould design — including draft angle and parting line — is submitted for your approval.
Based on the approved design, RTV-2 silicone is poured and cured under controlled conditions.
The first sample is inspected; after your approval it ships in protective packaging.
