Custom design process
Separate the brief, dimensioned draft, model review and sample approval. Agree revision stages and scope before ordering. Changes after the production file is approved may require a new master or mould; identify the final version with a date and revision code.
Product-specific checks
Design the inner core, drainage opening and base thickness together. A thin rim can break during demoulding; inspect rim integrity, upright stability and drainage on the first casting. Follow the concrete supplier's mixing and curing instructions.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
