Custom production from an image
One photograph cannot establish depth, back geometry or internal cavities. Supply several views, a reference dimension and intended use. Approve a manufacturable draft rather than assuming an exact image copy, and clarify design rights and required changes at the outset.
Product-specific checks
Compare internal compartment dimensions with the actual objects to be stored. Narrow deep pockets can trap air, while thin partitions can be stressed during release. Check access to each pocket, the bottom finish and partition strength on the sample.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
