What custom mould production involves

This is a custom production project, not an off-the-shelf Product. Your silicone mould and master model are made from scratch for your requirements. A quotation considers these stages:

  1. Product design and technical preparation
  2. Mould design and engineering
  3. Plastic mould and master model production
  4. Silicone casting and mould preparation

Please do not compare custom-production costs with prices of ready-made products online or elsewhere. Plan a budget for design, materials and labour. The final scope and price will be confirmed in our quotation after technical review.

Long-term use and sustainable production

Our custom-made silicone moulds are not single-use products; they are designed for repeated production. For every project, a master model is also prepared and delivered with the silicone mould. This allows you to continue production throughout the mould’s service life and to reproduce a worn or replacement silicone mould from the existing master model. You can keep producing without repeating design and master-model preparation costs, preserve production continuity and gain a long-term cost advantage. Service life may vary depending on the silicone, casting material, frequency of use and application conditions.
