Preparing product photographs
Photograph a clean, approved sample without editing away defects that affect expectations. Include a scale reference, multiple angles and use details. Since lighting changes colour appearance, state actual dimensions, material and finish in text alongside the images.
Product-specific checks
Design the inner core, drainage opening and base thickness together. A thin rim can break during demoulding; inspect rim integrity, upright stability and drainage on the first casting. Follow the concrete supplier's mixing and curing instructions.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
