Turning a request into a project
Convert a reference image into a brief covering dimensions, use, material and quantity. Do not treat estimated dimensions as approved data. Separate essential requirements from preferences, then define drawing and sample approval points after reviewing manufacturability.
Product-specific checks
Check resin compatibility, permitted pour depth and heat generated during curing. Not every resin suits deep pours. Run a small compatibility trial and follow the product's technical and safety documents for mixing, ventilation and personal protection.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
