List finished dimensions, casting material, quantity and critical surfaces in the order brief. Do not assume pictured accessories are included. Confirm whether the quotation covers the master, mould, support shell and sample casting, and keep the approved design version.
Product-specific checks
Check resin compatibility, permitted pour depth and heat generated during curing. Not every resin suits deep pours. Run a small compatibility trial and follow the product's technical and safety documents for mixing, ventilation and personal protection.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
