What affects the price?
Master preparation, mould volume, component count and surface finishing affect cost separately. More cavities can increase initial investment while producing more parts per cycle. Compare quotations with the same dimensions, material, cavity count and revision scope; clarify shipping and tax.
Product-specific checks
Allow for the wick passage, base sealing and wax shrinkage in the master design. Check wick centring and release on the first sample. Clean demoulding does not establish safe burning; the wick and wax recipe need a separate controlled burn assessment.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
