Logos and relief details
Show clearly whether the logo is recessed or raised and how its orientation transfers to the part. Check fine strokes and small text on an actual-size sample. Assess relief depth, draft and filling ability together rather than approving a digital preview alone.
Product-specific checks
Compare internal compartment dimensions with the actual objects to be stored. Narrow deep pockets can trap air, while thin partitions can be stressed during release. Check access to each pocket, the bottom finish and partition strength on the sample.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
