Turning a request into a project
Convert a reference image into a brief covering dimensions, use, material and quantity. Do not treat estimated dimensions as approved data. Separate essential requirements from preferences, then define drawing and sample approval points after reviewing manufacturability.
Product-specific checks
Include drainage slope, channels and foot height in the design. Assess the sample under wet-use conditions and check coating compatibility with water and soap. Do not assume that a decorative casting material tolerates continuous moisture.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
