Send a dimensioned drawing or images, target material, quantity and delivery needs together. Ask how uncertain dimensions will be verified. Separate master preparation, revisions, mould, sample and shipping in the quotation to compare proposed solutions on a consistent basis.
Product-specific checks
Size ring slots, hanging projections and contact edges around the intended jewellery. Thin hooks can create undercuts and fragile sections. Test the sample for sharp flash, tipping and everyday access before approving the design.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
