Base the annual plan on confirmed demand, pilot capacity and current lead times. The calendar year alone creates no new technical requirement. Prepare monthly demand scenarios, maintenance intervals and spare-mould budgets, updating the plan from actual accepted output.
Product-specific checks
Check intersecting corners, symmetry and reference dimensions together. Sharp corners can trap air, and undercut faces may prevent one-piece release. Inspect opposing face angles and alignment on the approval sample as well as its silhouette.
Application and sample checks
Define finished dimensions, casting material and critical surfaces first. Record production variables and reassess approval whenever the material or master changes; an earlier sample does not automatically validate a revised process.
